Loneliness of the Dream
Today “Georgian Dream” looks like an orphan. For several weeks now, the most important time for the elections, the founder and chairman of this party, Bidzina Ivanishvili, has nowhere to be seen, who supports his voter solely with a smile from billboards. I think Ivanishvili, as a very intelligent person, perfectly understood where the wind is blowing and is preparing for the surrender of power. The fact that he strongly doubts the victory of the “Georgian Dream” is confirmed by the circumstances that Mamuka Mdinaradze and Irakli Kobakhidze, elected as the main mouthpiece of the ruling party, are confused in their own versions. Irakli Kobakhidze claims. that the National Movement is preparing a military coup, and Mamuka Mdinaradze says that the National Movement is falling apart and even has already collapsed. But excuse me, if the National Movement has already collapsed, then who is preparing the coup and why they are scaring the voter. This is evidence of the demoralization in which the authorities are.
The reasons for this demoralization are understandable, this government failed three times to apprehend the terrorist-robber, who took hostage and to whom they so kindly provided half a million dollars. For six months, they failed to prepare the health sector to avoid 1,700 infected doctors and a wild shortage in total today. when the epidemic is only gaining momentum. As a result, every family today faces a dire danger. especially those with elderly parents and relatives. And this threat extends both to the supporters of the opposition and to the supporters of the Georgian Dream. Unlike the Georgian Dream, Covid does not divide people according to party lines.
Today, the main thing is to come to the elections, and if people overcome their fear of covid, crime and the authorities still vote, Dream will have no chance to stay in power.
