Nodar Kharshiladze: What’s their worth

Today’s briefing by Irakli Kobakhidze is a banal attempt at blackmail by the Georgian Dream. A rather weak attempt, since it will inevitably have the opposite effect. Kobakhidze has practically created a situation in which everyone who decides to enter parliament now will find themselves in the position of people who have sold their votes for financing parties and parliamentary salaries. Of course, all this will have its own political price, now those who will be in parliament will be asked one question – how much are you worth.

It is clear that the ruling party has nothing to offer the opposition, and it is also clear that they do not want any negotiations, but want to consolidate power for themselves for the next four years, but switching to the language of threats is still a clear overkill and this will surely come back to haunt them.
